While visiting in Texas in July, I was fascinated to see
large tables of mixed hot peppers in grocery stores there.
To the best of my knowlege(which is poor) the peppers
forming the legs of the "H" are Cayenne; the green pepper
crossing the H is a Jalapeno, and one of the peppers
in the "T" is a Serrano. I can only say for sure that the pepper 
slice making the "O" if from an Anaheim pepper.
